Water doesn't wait for office hours. A homeowner standing in it won't leave a message. They hang up and call the next company on Google.
- 11:42 PMThey call you. Water is coming through the ceiling.
- 11:43 PMIt rings out to voicemail. Your crew is asleep.

Fire, gas or sparks: it tells them to get out and call 911.

Owners ask us.
Does it sound like a robot?
Call the demo and judge for yourself: (408) 686-2386. It speaks naturally, keeps answers short and stays calm with stressed callers.
Will callers know it isn't a person?
It introduces itself as the after-hours assistant and says the call may be recorded. If a caller asks whether it's AI, it says yes. Most people just want someone to pick up and take their details fast.
What about a real emergency?
If a caller mentions fire, gas, an injury or water near live electrics, it tells them to get safe and call 911 first. For everything else it takes the details and texts you straight away.
What do I have to do?
A 15-minute call so we learn your services, your area and who gets the texts. Then you forward your after-hours calls to the number we give you. We handle the rest.
Can it book into my calendar or job software?
The standard plan texts you every call's details, so you decide what gets booked. If you want it connected to your calendar or job software, ask us on the call.
What happens after the 14 days?
We look at the numbers together: calls answered, leads caught, jobs booked. If it's worth it, you continue at $497 a month plus the one-time $997 setup. If not, you switch off forwarding and owe nothing.
Who runs Embers?
